The hotel was absolutely amazing given that they are undergoing renovations. The front desk staff have been upmost professional, kind, patient, courteous, and helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable- having stayed on one that overlooks the city skyline. Also the beds were lush and pillows were just right and cozy. The water pressure of the shower faucet was noteworthy and very good! Everything was in working order- elevator was quick and the convenience store located on lobby level is a nice addition. The hotel is going to be more amazing once done with renovations and having talked to the staff about it and hearing their enthusiasm, it is going to be great!
