Brasserie Haussmann is open on Monday to Friday for Breakfast & Lunch and weekends for Breakfast.

Whether it’s a quick breakfast meeting, a working lunch, or a family dinner, you’ll enjoy the distinct space of our classic French brasserie restaurant near Palais Garnier Opera Paris where you can dine in our fully enclosed pavement terrace, no matter what the weather, or under original art deco stained glass.

Signature dishes

Tartine Fraicheur au Saumon fumé et aux ouefs de saumon (smoked salmon tartine) – comes highly recommended as it’s our head chef’s signature dish.
L’onglet de veau (veal), – a prime cut of beef known for its melt-in-the mouth texture, is classic French brasserie food.
Pavé thon mi-cuit (tuna steak) – comes served with locally sourced vegetables, as do all our dishes.
