Tartine Fraicheur au Saumon fumé et aux ouefs de saumon (smoked salmon tartine) – comes highly recommended as it’s our head chef’s signature dish.
L’onglet de veau (veal), – a prime cut of beef known for its melt-in-the mouth texture, is classic French brasserie food.
