We had a great stay at Millennium Queenstown. Had some issues with flights and delays getting to Hotel but Andrew at reception was more than happy to help out. Room was modern, clean and well appointed. Location is perfect for a short walk into town.

My first time in Queenstown and I literally stumbled on to the Millennium Hotel. It was not a disappointment. My room was clear, nicely appointed, lovely and warm, with clean towels, crisp sheets and pillows and a comfortable bed. There was nothing the staff would not do to assist. I ask for an extra blanket and whilst they did not have one as such, I was provided with a warm bed spread which was much appreciated. Dinner was catered for my food intolerances and was served quickly to my room. Breakfast was easy in the big dining room and I was looked after particularly well by one of the staff Yolande who did everything she could to make sure I started my day with everything I needed. I can't fault the Millennium and am booked to stay again. Location was excellent, about a 5 minute walk to town and the Gardens and my room looked out over the garden which was a comforting sight. No complaints here! The room was huge and whilst the furniture is dated and the room a bit dark, it was completely comfortable, clean and perfectly suitable for our needs. The star of the show was the food! Well priced, every element perfectly presented and tasty! Lovely fireplace and atmosphere. I’d encourage people to book the breakfast with their deal as we found this great value. Close to town but a bit of a hike up a hill from town (which in the rain is not fun) but taxi is only $10 which was cheaper than parking our car! Staff were lovely and deserve to have a pat on the back during these tough covid times!
